The project called for a new 25,425-square-foot two-story steel structure for an outpatient cancer treatment facility. The third level (Trinchero Surgery Center) consists of circulation space, M.R.I suite, and outpatient surgery center within an I-1.2 Occupancy. The fourth level (Martin-O’Neil Cancer Center) consists of pre- and post-op surgical rooms, a linear accelerator (LINAC) used for external beam radiation, chemotherapy rooms, restoration therapy, special needs boutique and various offices and conference rooms.
