Kelseyville, California
A design-build project for a new medical clinic, this building is a 2,880-square-foot wood framed, perimeter footing, post and pier foundation facility. A special Radon gas alarm and evacuation system was installed under-floor. The clinic has seven exam rooms, a nurses station, patient waiting area, lab procedure rooms, manager’s office, and restrooms. This project was completed in five months, and all sitework, parking, landscaping and trash enclosure area were incorporated into the project.
