New Clubhouse and Restaurant

Santa Rosa, California
This project began with demolition of an existing one-story wood frame clubhouse building and one-story partially sub-grade concrete pro shop and cart storage structure. These were replaced by a new 14,156-square-foot one-story-plus-basement wood and steel framed clubhouse, a one-story 2,232-square-foot steel framed free-standing Pro Shop, and a one-story 341-square-foot wood framed Range Storage Building. Procedures and general requirements for LEED certification (pending) included an aggressive 75 percent waste management plan, a geothermal loop heat exchanger, and a 22 kW Photovoltaic System.
